CHILD RIGHTS

Navjeevan Foundation in Nashik runs several projects aimed at supporting and protecting children in crisis, including Childline 1098, Railway Childline (Child Help Desk), Day Care Center, SBC3 (for ending child marriages), AKKI's Pathshala (support class for school dropouts), Creach (for children of migrant workers), and various training programs. These programs provide support and care to children, educate and train professionals, and aim to bring children in crisis back into mainstream society

Akki’s Pathshala (Support Class)

Focuses on school drop-out children in Vadari Community, Lekha Nagar, CIDCO, Nashik

Childline Rescue Van

Childline Nashik rescues and assists children in various situations such as labor, addiction, and early-age marriage, solving 10 to 15 cases monthly.

Railway Childline 1098 (CHD) N. Road, Nashik

This project is supported by the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development. Childline 1098 is a 24-hour national emergency toll-free helpline for railway children who are in need of care and protection.

Project is receiving support from the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development. Childline 1098 is a helpline that is available 24 hours a day and is free to use in case of an emergency where children require care and protection.
