Childline 1098 Nashik

Project is receiving support from the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development. Childline 1098 is a helpline that is available 24 hours a day and is free to use in case of an emergency where children require care and protection.

Navjeevan Foundation has been running Childline 1098 in Nashik since 2003 to help children in crisis. This project is supported by the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development. Childline 1098 is a 24-hour national helpline for children in need of care and protection. In addition, Nashik Childline also provides assistance for health-related issues and conducts awareness campaigns in slums, municipal corporation schools, auto-rickshaw unions, labor unions, and other public places.

CHILDLINE WORKS WITH various groups of children including street children, child laborers, victims of child abuse and child marriage, physically and mentally challenged children, addicted children, children in conflict with the law, and children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
